Prospective renters must complete the application process set forth by Canyonlands Apartments and the final decision as to who will rent the apartment will solely be that of Canyonlands Apartments.
Canyonlands will continue to reserve a room for the current tenant until the contract is sold.
There is a $40 fee for selling your contract. (This fee will be deducted from your security deposit)
You may not transfer your deposit to the new tenant if
(a) You have a balance owing with Canyonlands
(b) You do not leave your apartment and bedroom clean and ready for the new tenant
(c) Have not filled out the appropriate paperwork or recieved approval from management
If given permission from Canyonlands Management, I may only transfer the $125 refundable portion of my deposit. The new tenant must pay a $75 deposit.
You are not allowed to sell your contract to a current tenant of Canyonlands or any current applicant.
